Did HP go far enough in its boardroom reshuffle?

Hewlett-Packard has announced a boardroom reshuffle in response to the spying scandal involving board members and journalists. Some users aren't bothered about what's going on at HP. Others support the appointment of HP CEO Mark Hurd as Chairman. Still others think the reshuffle isn't enough. What do you think?
