Richard Hoffman

Richard Hoffman is an IT strategist, technology analyst, systems architect, semi-professional heretic, a former editor for numerous technology publications, and started his first computer consulting business at the age of 14.  He has worked intensely in many sectors including healthcare, NGO/non-profit, education, and local to federal levels of government, transforming business through the use of innovative leading-edge solutions, acknowledging that the definitions of “innovative,” “leading-edge” and “solutions” can change daily.  He notes that yesterday’s radically disruptive idea is today’s tired buzzword, and in the end, success is determined by the human factors as much as the technology.

Hoffman is based in New England, but roams restlessly in search of particularly interesting and complex problems wherever they are found.
